Overview

A bottle of wine makes a welcome gift for birthdays, house-warmings and most holidays; it also works well as a thank you gift. Wrapping a bottle especially for the occasion goes one step further in letting the receiver know your gift is carefully chosen. Here are three basic wrapping techniques you can adjust to fit specific situations.

Butcher Paper Wrap

A basic butcher paper wrap is both modern and rustic. It's ideal for a themed party, such as a beach or holiday party, because you can change the look of the wrap simply by adding a different accent. A pine cone, a sprig of rosemary or a clipping of berries personalizes your gift for the occasion.
