1 tablespoon instant coffee

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon boiling water

milk of any kind
Step 1
Add the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water to a small bowl and combine.
Step 2
Whip with a hand mixer on high speed. It may take several minutes, but continue to whip until the mixture is light brown and soft peaks form. It's impossible to over-mix so if you think it's not done, just keep going!
Step 3
Pour the milk into a serving glass. Any milk, cold or hot, will work.
Step 4
Top with whipped coffee and serve immediately. Enjoy!
